| Physiotherapy covers a vast range of services and can help many problems. | |
| Physiotherapy can help such things as your gait and posture, to post operative care. | |
| We at South Sydney Sports Medicine are recognised by the Australian Physiotherapy Association. | |
| Physiotherapy consultations at South Sydney Sports Medicine can not be claimed from Medicare. In order to claim for your physiotherapy treatment you must have private health insurance and be covered for physiotherapy. | |
| At South Sydney Sports Medicine we have a Health Point Machine (not HICAPS). This allows patients who have private health insurance cover for physiotherapy to do on the spot claims. Patients must have their health fund card at each treatment, and then all they need to do is pay the gap the health fund does not cover. Not all health funds are accepted on the Health Point Machince. Current health funds that are accepted by Health Point are: HCF, MBF, MBP, AXA, CBHS, THF, , NIB, HBA and MU. Please contact the clinic if you wish to varify if your health fund is accepted by Health Point. | |
| South Sydney Sports Medicine is proud to say that we accept workers compensation and third party claims, however a claim number and the insurance company are essential details in order for you as the injured person to avoid payment. | |
