What hours are you open? Monday – Friday:
7.30am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm
How long will I be there?
Physiotherapy appointments - Initial consults will be
40-60mins.
Doctors consultation approximately 20-30 minutes.
What to bring?
Physiotherapy appointment – your health fund card.
For x-rays you need your Medicare card or Veterans’ affairs card·
For Workers’ compensation injuries, relevant claim numbers
and insurance company details.
Any referral correspondence/progress reports from
specialists or other relevant practitoners related to the
injury.
Any scans/x-rays etc (preferably) or reports relating to
the injury.
A list of medications and their dosages (regardless of
their purpose).
A list of any allergies that you are aware of.
What to Wear?
Comfortable, loose fitting clothing which allows easy
access to the injured area.
Knee, hip or spine please bring your own shorts for
treatment.
Shoulder, upper back, and neck please wear singlet or
top/shirt that allows easy access to that area.
Lower limb injuries and podiatry please bring relevant
footwear, including running shoes and work footwear.
How Much Does It Cost?
Each practitioner has their own fee structure. For more
specific information please contact the Centre.
How Can I Pay?
Payment is expected at the time of consultation. No accounts
will be issued.·

Workers’ compensation patients can be billed direct to
employer if claim number and insurance company details are
supplied.
